Detailed Description – Analysts work on engagement teams consisting of several members led by a Vice President.  Analysts are direct participants in the consulting services process and are involved in identifying issues, forming hypotheses, designing and conducting analyses, synthesizing conclusions into recommendations and helping to implement solutions.
